lol, nope there are no "hacks" or anything. It's all down to percentage, and even if it is and it is exploited their is still a small chance of a ban as no games really allow players to exploit glitches and abuse them to an extent.

That happens because once you press refresh, it basically presses the redeem button again, it will still randomize the prize based on the percents, though.
