Thank you for the help I really appreciate it and this really sucks as i genuinely didn't do anything. Just as i bought membership aswell. I doubt I'll be continuing on another account as i came back after 2 years and I've put a lot of time recently into playing again and well now this has happened. I know the membership isn't expensive but still it's money none the less and I'm quite upset by the fact this has happened. Thanks again for the help.

Hey guys thanks for the replies, I haven't been online to do any of those things. I was on yesterday and logged off shortly after Mod Baggie. Apart from then i haven't been online to do any of those things. I'm assuming by that someone else must have access to my account. Plus here is the message i receive.

Good evening everyone,
Today i bought membership because it's been about 2 years since i last played and i've started getting back into the game.
I decided to log in this morning to see if my name change worked and as i tried to log in i get met with a message telling me i have been auto banned. I don't know if this is an issue or if i have done something wrong without knowing or even if the security of my account isn't as strong as i believed it to be.
It would be great if someone could get back to me on this as i was enjoying playing with some great players and joined Bag's second guild.
Thanks for any help that may be given in the future.
