Of course its not definitive, as some of it is slightly out dated, and players are not obliged to follow these prices if they don't think that's the item's true value, but it's a good place to start.

Hey! Love this game. Just started and really enjoyed it on my computer. But, when moving to my laptop everything runs smoothly until the server select screen. I choose the high server, and it doesn't have any further options for picking the specific high server. Any fixes for this?

I am on my colleges wifi and suppose they may be blocking my access, but I was able to login and proceed to that screen so i'm unsure.
