Actually NLOG (New Leader Of Game for those who didn't know) previously before creating BOUT had co-licensed a Bubble Shooter game in Korea which was their most popular game. They also had several other projects.

The purpose of BOUT was to be a cute / adorable children's game and many of the names / designs  paid tribute to their previous work in order to build loyalty and then to later allow those loyal gamers to use different more powerful transformations. Acclaim just messed everything up by putting their american twist on it. I found all this info on korean naver sites and it was really hard to translate

We became staff for the community. Don't get caught up in demanding huge game changes just because you are a GM. You are just a volunteer with a colored name and like 5 in-game commands. It's not a job, it's just something you do because you want to be there for your friends and make sure that no rule breakers mess up that experience.

I hope you didn't find that harsh. I spent a whole year as HGM without talking to santa and being ignored myself so I'm just letting you know from a similar perspective of what I realized after I quit.

But cheers dude. You've already done plenty you might as well see how things play out if not for yourself, but all the friends you made.

While I'll agree that selene's outlook has been dim, I'll roll with the whole reason that santa was away and basically we spent all of 2014 battling hackers and glitching problems without any kind of resources other than having staff do rounds and taking turns being on around the clock.  Which is like 90% of the reason why I resigned.

So I don't blame her and plus she was in fact working on some projects until this year rolled around and left a lot of responsibility to me. Just for clarification just so we aren't hating on her too much as she has done her fair share of work around here.

Congrats new staff    everyone chosen had it coming for a long time and I'm sure Meteor will definitely excel as the new Head GM as he's currently the longest standing GM anyway lool.

Hey everyone, I know I said I retired my position or whatever, but that's not really the point.

As you know I made the channel ZylonGamingTV and I was wondering if you guys would be interested in helping me put content on it again as a community channel (because the official one up top never gets anything)

You would be able to submit your clips / pictures / personal achievements to me and I will feature them weekly kind of like a "what did I miss" type of thing for anyone watching.  I'll also cover discussion topics and events from time to time maybe.

So doesn't really matter if I'm HGM or not, I'm already helping a friend with his community channel on another game which is doing amazingly well so since I am indebted to this place I'm extending the offer because it would only take me less than an hour to put together content and push it out as a video. (:

Each bot type getting their own match up category is a pretty neat idea since we have the end of year awards for best ram / surge / patch. Though of course there should still be a category for all 3 bot types together for over-all best player / team.

You could also do best PvP'er for a certain map type (since flop / holo are the two favorites).
