Since barely anyone below level 100 can base/pvp, I suggest we make new level 1 accs and level them up solely through base and pvp.
Put your new lvl 1's IGN here if you agree to this.
It has to be level 1-20.
No coins. You can wear event/coin items that give +0 benefit.

This way, there will be a lot more PvP/BvB activity

HP's drop for every dead merc, and about 3-7 HP's pop up.
