Meh, modelling, animating and giving the models good colors etc is not easy 
I am gonna learn all of that.
That and programming are the hardest.

...modelling isn't too hard, except when you wanna make a very big map...the hard part is what u mentioned above^

Some Admin or somebody, you need to choose a little wiser who your mods are going to be.
