Suggestions / Speed Tag v2

when a number above 1000 is entered into the tag box, it will set that as the maximum speed

ex
surge with 1870 speed
patch with 1230 speed
ram with 1320 speed

if tag is used and 1600 is put into box, surges will be capped at 1600 speed. patch and ram will stay at their current speed because they are within the limits of the tag

Or just do what z says and nerf speed srsly tho

Recently started watching all the original Power Ranger episodes for old childhood memories. While watching this again, I've come to realize that MMPR was corny as ****. So bad to the point where I'll actually wince at how stupid some of the shit they say sounds.

as u can see in the spoiler, both spider and cyber quoted the same thing, but only cyber was warned. was it because spider was staff that he didnt get warned?
