Though it is bought with money it is not actually real life currency, its an ingame currency. That makes it allowed.

You can't redeem them until the end of the event, which is this Friday.

I seem to be seeing more patches and rams lately. Surges are best for pvp based modes. Since the number of people pvping in declining, the other bot tops have been becoming more common.

You're trying to redeem on the old event. Those fireworks are different items, and you're not going to be able to redeem the new ones for this event until it has come to an end.

He was likely a member before and got the body and hasn't taken it off. Also the body will not have stats
