This hasn't really been enforced and many people are posting "reports" that are basically spam. The topic is called "Read before you report" for a reason.

no real rules that i see in this only suggestions eg.

the only thing i see is that if you don't do this, "Before starting any threads please include in them:
-User (Include IGN)
-Evidence"

then it will be deleted
