General Discussion / For what there is account help section? Admins Help Please.

I'm trying to get help from admins for few days, and none are answer me.
I Posted it in that section Yesterday. I Saw both admins were On forums Today, but no any reply. Im not even sure they looked at it.
And when u post on that section its dont appear on "Recent Posts" so im not sure how admins can even know there a new post there.
I Know allie/kenny have more importent things to do, But would appriciate atleast an answer.
