almost all member (250+) not equip Event parts and RT2 , but equip RT3

(but event parts have merit such as ram can get TA or Speed like surge)

non-member level - 225 -> 235

now almost all ppl (without 250- level) have RT3

i think now RT2 no need anymore to member.

it's time to give chance that non-member can play raid 2 for non-member.

then , we can help raid more for non-member  , BoutCheetah will be  more active
