yes he did say whoever posts last before 9pm wins but he didnt say just that he said whoever posts last before he locks the topic.. which essentially negates the 9pm rule.  I should have won.. what a ****in scam

Im not complaining about when you locked the thread, im sure no one expected you to lock the thread at exactly 9:00:00pm. What Im complaining about is how you stated whoever posts last on the thread before you lock it would win.. and I posted last.. but did not win.
