It's possible that you may have a weak graphics card.

His processing power is fine, can you give us your graphics card?

Windows XP= Right click desktop>Properties>Settings>Tell us what it says under "Display"

His computer is fine, I recommend that you disable all firewall(s)/antivirus(s) running, as it seems to be blocking UDP ports required for you to join a room.

yeah works good now, but wondering why when i play with some they just sit there, i will be playing and they will call and ask why i am just sitting there?
