P.S, you don't have to trust any1 brother, I've had so-many problems with bots, RedEyes been in my pc many times and i pay attention and learn so I can help others such as your self.
So you can wait for RedEyes if you like, it maybe hard to catch him he's very busy.
But like I said in the PM I sent it sound like your Zylon Shield is not working.
