Can a patch with I hit 630 on me level 124?

TA, and with I it's very possible on a elite / boss enemy, with II I hit 2k to a boss at my lvl and i'm 123.

I meant if in pvp mode, a patch using regular I skill can hit 630+ on my 124 patch.

oh... then probobly... I think i hit around 600 to a 200 surge, so if they are a lower level then more then likely, but idk for sure.
