im trying to buy membership by phone for 1 month so $7.15 and i get all the way to the verifying part which it tells me to text something to verify which i do, and i send the message already 3 times but it still nothing happening please help

You need a phone with SMS capabilities to pay by phone.
I used to make the same mistake when trying to purchase from my old boost mobile phone ;|.

(This is inferring your problem)
