3st.If you had +4 and +5 items from old times like I,they will dont be +6 and +7.

No, Admins put it in to get rid of the massive amount of gigas. Plus people have already worked too hard to get +7 items, so if we set it back to +5 it'd be a huge upset for them. It's now impossible to just get rid of it simply, and it's not even that bad of a thing, sorry. Locked.
