As Pig said, this happens because he is level 150 and has the stats (including HP) of a level 190. That HP bar doesn't fit the HP of a level 190 so this happens.

Hello, this problem has been resolved.  A variable was overlooked whilst adding a update awhile back.  It will be fixed when the server gets rebooted in 2-3 hours.
