i can't connect

when i start the launcher then i click the button to start playing


Nothing happen ..


i tried to disable my anti-virus but still not working

Hello, the "Full Patch" is not going to install the game client for the first time.  You must download the "Full Client" first, then if any problems arise in the future, download the "Full Patch".
