Lighting can be improved. Instead of having the whole sig dark or bright, try having some spots bright and some dark.

Look up some tutorials. They can really improve one's skills.

For lighting. Try using a soft brush set to white or black (depends where you want the sig to be bright or dark) and paint on the desired spot that needs some lighting. Then set the layer to soft light.
