You can pretty much do this without... anything, just be careful.

1. Create a room. (Solo, unless your friend(s) know how to do it)
2. Select Lv. 215.
3. Start game.
4. Run to the closest mob, and lure him to the cliff.
5. Jump on the bridge side, and jump-push him off the cliff.
6. Repeat steps 1-5.
7. When you get to Digi, be EXTRA CAREFUL. He hits hard, and is kinda tricky to predict.
8. Do the same to him as you would do to the other mobs.

Get a ram with TG+charge+kow, walk through the level spamming the combo and keeping distance as best as possible. Minitank is also decent to have, does quite a bit of damage.

Nope, if a full room with 136 and up with +5's or ++'s, all rams with TG + kow + charge = level done in a 1-2 mins.
