i think there should be a passive where you cant get stunned, I think i speak for most players when i say getting stunned is highly annoying.

I'm pretty sure that this can't happen since it wasn't in Bots/Bout.
Also, it would pretty much only benefit sector players, so it would be useless for people who don't do too much sectoring.
