Tropius is the biggest piece of fruit trash in the game, weak Sp. Def so one Ice cream will cream that shit.
Depending on what kind of player you are (I'm more of a poison/defense guy) you should go by how you attack.
My line up (haven't played B&W) is:
Brozong
Shuckle
Snorlax
Bannette
Charizard
Luxray
If you stick with your team then I recommend:
Swampert - His best trait is his attack, so physical moves should be best plus being water/ground he's only gonna be ****ed by grass, it's not fast and only has semi good HP.
Surf, Earthquake,Ice Punch (Physical + super against ice = more stronger than ice beam, Protect)
Breloom - Fast and a lot of good attack, shitty HP and flying types kill it quick
Mach punch, Stone edge (must have physical attack + kills flying/ice easy), drain punch, any other move you want
**** Tropius.
Absol - Awesome attack, decent speed
Night slash (OP damage for a dark move), Psycho cut (For fighting types), swords dance, X Scissors
Torkoal - One of my fav pokemon, strong defense and attack
Overheat, Iron Defense (must), Gyro ball, Rest
Aggron (when your aron evolves)- Slow as ****, awesome defense, good attack
Ironhead/Iron tail, Any reciol attack (if he has the rock head ability), Stone edge, Earthquake
There you have it. Corr knows alot bout pokemon cause back in the day corr had the squads and shits figured out. >___>
>Thinks he's THE shit at Pokemonz
>IS shit
Swampert's standard moveset in DPP (Gen 4) is dis yo:
Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 SpD
Nature: Relaxed [+Def, - Spe]
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Ice Beam
-Roar / Protect / Surf
Just because Swampert has a higher base Attack stat doesn't necessarily make Ice Punch the better move to use.
****ing lolz at Breloom. It doesn't have 'good' Speed. Its base stat is 70. Obviously you don't know the standard. >_>
Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spe
Nature: Adamant [+Atk, - Spe]
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Spore
-Seed Bomb / Stone Edge
Absol's moveset is off too. X-Scissor? Really? I wouldn't even consider using Torkoal or Aggron from a competitive standpoint. In-game, you will win with pretty much anything, so I don't see why this thread was created in the first place.
Here's what Mr. Lyfey got out of this thread.
1) Corr doesn't know Pokemanz.
2) You can win with almost anything in-game.
3) What is this team being used for? Possibly the Battle Tower / Frontier?
If you want, I can give you some of my Pokemanz for RSE (Gen 3). All you need is an R4 and GBA Backup Tool.
Oh, you're team is a 1. Almost forgot about that. Also, thinking that legendary Pokemon are gay is a stupid thought process. If they're not banned in the Battle Tower / Frontier, use them. If you're playing competitive Pokemon in the standard (OU) tier, follow the guidelines. There's nothing wrong with them. Pseudo-legendary Pokemon (Dragonite, Tyranitar, Salamence, Metagross, Garchomp, and Hydreigon) have a higher BST than many legendary Pokemon.
