Ross can spam create new topics in each section with porn, and spam messages to everyone. Ofc any admin can just ban account and remove all posts. They can't revert PM's. Ross once auto created topics in a forum, and some mod had to manually del them one by one, as he had no powers to remove all at once.

Qualifications:

    Must be an active registered member
    Must possess excellent written communication skills
    Must be a proactive poster in the forums
    Has never been banned from the forums
    Must have a flexible schedule and be available 7 days a week for at least 3 hours a day
    Ability to be consistent with rule enforcement
    Previous mod experience is a plus+ (although not a requirement)
    Live in the Orange County, California region a plus+ (although not a requirement)
    Must have a Skype account
