Anyways I heard a while back that there was going to be (in bots acclaim) a new skill that decreased the dammage of range attack. I would like to suggest that there be a new skill like that and would probably be as a passive skill. Even though people say just avoid bullets or bullets dont do that much dammage...well dark meto and some coin guns on surges do kinda a lot of dammage.

Imo if Kenny and Allie add a new passive I think it should be good enough to rival against Breakfall.  Most people don't even bother to use other passives because of rush pushing.

The passive that you described would be helpful but I don't think that many people can use their guns very effectively in pvp.

shield/arm parts with some sort of negative ranged attack stat (decreases the damage you take from opponents bullets) might be kinda cool
