Item purchase at client startup?

instead of showing that it showed like items you could buy that were kinda rare at that time such as Lion mecha and White Ninja etc.. for x amount of coins i believe.

*If anyone remembers where this was please tell me ( like if it was in B.O.U.T or old version of boutcheetah ). Also Is this how the new Zylon Shop will be?
