okay sooooo.... when i do the lv 150 map... hallloween... Im lv 192 but it says that my lv is too high. to get any halloween parts... im within 50 levels of that map... so why cant i get the items from it?

perhaps you misread the message that says that 'you did not earn any sector points from this game' ? because you can play any haloween level that is +-50 of your level, so you should be able to play and get items..
