Okay, so recently I broke my computer and got a new one. The problem is I can't connect to my wifi on it. When I clicked on "Connect to a Network", there isn't any of them popping out. Also, my router/wifi thing is plugged in and on. If you guys are wondering how I'm writing this, I'm on my mac.

If anyone knows how I can connect to my wifi please help me.

Try install/update the device drivers or configure the settings in "Network and Sharing Center".

I've tried that also, but it won't connect to my router  :'(

You can try a direct hook-up to your router with an Ethernet cable? If the location of your router and using a direct hook-up is uncanny you can just do it till you can update your drivers then try again.

I'd suggest verifying that your router is broadcasting SSID (though if you can see it on your other laptop, it should be broadcasting.) Check what you have the SSID set to and try to connect to that SSID on your laptop you can't find the network on.
