I already said this before but it's pretty good.
The effects are nice, focal is well established. 
Blending is good as well. 

My only issues would be the border as well as the effect on the arm.

The border is somewhat unattractive to me and the effect on the arm seems a bit LQ. 

Text isn't so bad either but could improve.

It's a litte to small to see much on the signature.
Text is ok, readaiuble but A is to light and G to dark, i use stroke most of the time to prevent the text from being uneadable but stroke would'nt match in  this signature.
The render blends well in the background and it all fits with each other but it looks like his left hand is missing.
Overall i wouldgive it an 8
