can only members now buy stashes? (any stash)

i cant seem to buy 1st stash on my surge =P

Stashes now cost 20k coins instead of 5k...  I wasted 20k testing to see if it worked for me for purgey, was almost at 1y wings too!

Stashes have costed 20k the entire time stashes have worked.
I was unaware of this, and thus the display is wrong.
Stash price is hard coded.

Ahh alright   I smell an update, also mini tank and torret have there displays fixed, you can take off the Global announcement's about them, maybe add the stash problem to it please?
