Since my question didn't get answered the last time and the staff gave me the advice to make a new thread...

What's the sense of speaking to every spammer?
I mean, I doubt you're noting down every single person you've warned/talked to in order to ban that person if he spams again.

I'm pretty sure you do.
I'm also pretty sure you're the only one who do..
What's with ingame mods who have no access to that section.
What's with poke's thread where we used to note down those who were warned ?

I mean a list with names is way easier then checking thousends of threads just names "rulebreakers".

Old user reports are just user threads transferred to an invisible section where all post are still attached, ergo anyone who said something within that thread post is still there. In game mods have seen the thread and off a problem becomes consistent the gm will take care of it. Pokes topic is where us mods can post reporting rule breakers on our own. Depending on the level of severity, us speaking to them is their verbal warning..

I do understand ingame mods saw the reports but I doubt you guys remember everyone being reported.
So if you see a spammer ingame who was warned already and deserves to be muted just get's warned again because you ingame mods didn't know he was warned already.
I just think you should have a list being updated regularly with the names of people who were warned.
But you're the staff and not me so it's up to you.
I got my answer so imma lock this.

@Selene, even if I have my answer there is no reason to move or delete the thread, usually locking it is enough.
