50% extra evade would be overpowered, even with the cooldown. And I dont think anyone would sacrifice an active skill for it. It would just be a skill to piss off people.
10% crit boost is way too little, and I dont think anyone would sacrifice an active skill for it.
Unexpected might be ok but I really dont see anyone ever using it over breakfall or counter attack, as 5% is very low chance.
The ammo one is really great, I love that idea.
The merc one is a nice idea as well and wouldnt be too overpowered.
and on the last one I think 5% health increase is too low, it should be like 10%, otherwise that sounds good.
