Well... yourr on the right path..
You have a good idea, but the execution seems poor. It's oversharpened and quality looks bad. Nice effects though, I would suggest having more than one color in the tag to create that extra amount of appeal, otherwise the tag becomes bland and then becomes too consisant with the same color.
Bravo on the light source though *claps hands* been a long time since I seen a new tagger land a realistic light source like that, but it also needs a small light source on the bottom left.
Anyways, use less gradient maps.
