I do have a bank account, but it's not a credit card, thats why i don't have a paybal account

But i can do bank transfers, etc ..

If you have a bank account then you can just link it with your Paypal. Then you can buy zc and membership via instant bank transfer 
You can also link your debit card instead of a credit card. That would get you half way to getting verified unless you are 18+ then you'd be good to go if you had an id :3

I pay from my bank account using paypal all the time, that's how I make most of my online purchases. You don't have to have a credit card to use paypal.
