When I open the game gets the message checking for updates and I can not enter the game

You should provide the following info before anyone can effectively help you:

1) did you run the program as an administrator
2) have you tried restarting your computer;
3) if so did you allow boutcheetah to bypass / have authorization with any kind of anti-virus or firewall you might have up.

Could enter but now when i put my password and I enter the server I have to make another character but I already have a char RafyBot I'm lvl 12.
When I try to create it is eternally in the creation screen and not much happens.
Already this happened to anyone?
