it rarely happens when you sell something in the Marketplace. so this is hard to notice
but i sold three (E) parts for a decent amount of gigas (and yes I'm very sure its gigas)

so before i noticed i sold them......( a bit story )
i logged out because i was done playing, checked the website for updates and checked the Marketplace
if i sold anything or sumthing good was added for a decent price. well guess what. after a week i sold my parts

so happy as **** i thought i could buy a cool new +5 set for ram (not important)
i had still the shitty amount of gigas i had the whole week

ea parts was valued and sold for around 1m gigas
so 1x3=3m gigas....

i didn't received those gigas... and the parts are gone...
how this is possible and can this problem be solved?

i dint need anything but i really want this solved for in the future.

Make sure that they are not on an alt account. You may have also put it once decimal place over and you didn't notice your giga increase.
