usually if it takes a long time to pick, there is either

a) an excess of good candidates making it hard to decide between them

b) a lack of good candidates making it hard to pick who to trust as staff

I wonder which it is

I said usually, so yeah, it might not be the case

and I think they have gotten to it since we have heard talks of how the higher up staff 'cant agree' or something to that effect
