Can't alt-tab game, then go back in?

Whenever i alt-tab the game & try to get back into the game, i always seem to have a black screen & then i actually have to restart the game..  :-[

to avoid that just play in windowed mode, idk if there is a work around besides that

Well it just sucks since the window is actually very small then :[
