I have no clue why you guys are all ranting on him giving feedback on a staff member... This is a "feedback/rants" section so if he feels like a staff member is biased then it's perfectly acceptable for him to make a topic on the matter.  The only issue with this topic is that Pein has no proof to back himself up on whether or not Max is biased or not, otherwise it would be perfectly fine.

Okay, based on that one instance, it isn't justified for Max to have straight out given you a warning. 
However, if you were given several verbal warnings prior to that physical warn then sure, you deserve the warn. 

If Max justifies himself with his proof beforehand then you'll just look like an another player who's trying to make Max look bad (although I have seen these topics before...).  On the other hand, if Max can't prove himself then yeah it's a valid thread to make cause it shows that Max is irresponsibly warning others.
