Also does this class as "17. No advertising unless otherwise stated by an Admin or Head GM"? Or am i mistaken that this isn't advertising because it's not a bots server?

thats actually not the case. posting links to other private servers is a seperate rule. I'll let Allie decide if this should be allowed or not, as I've never seen the advertising rule enforced and I'm not entirely sure if this should be allowed or not.

i've seen it happen before and the reply from admins was that this only applied to private server regarding BOUT servers. If admins think different now i'll be willing to search the topic and think that admins should do the same judgement as they did before.
