As for Angel, I believe he has continued to hack on multiple accounts, so staff have stopped giving him chances and just ban any of his accounts that are seen online. He made some pretty bad choices, and he was given every opportunity not to. And instead of accepting that he broke the rules and moving on, he tried to negotiate getting his accounts unbanned by Allie, which I believe the majority of the staff feel was asking for admin favors, since he broke the rules and there was no reason to unban him after he hacked rt3 multiple times on different accounts. Hacking doesn't entitle you to a 2 or 3 week ban, it entitled you to a perm ban. He can't just bypass all the other staff members by going straight to Allie or Santa and making up stories to get unbanned (more than once, I might add).
