Close all running programs also there's this program called gamebooster you can install which shuts down any unnecessary processes to speed up your computer which helps with connection.

Now my game is even lagging more my game is also acting weird

when i open it get minimilized and when open black sreen and turns off

lol its not about reinstalling the game.
You should open your router ports in your router or make your PC DMZ Host

Redeyes tried helping someone with this, he also recommended the person re-install. However, though his connection is very poor.
