Well I'm not 100% sure on my last statement I just figured it was 10 games because I see people with like 99 flags and crap lol, and your account is banned after you log off of it I believe.

The auto-ban basically was broken for awhile, meaning, it did not auto-ban anyone, but it did flag their account(s), which is why the flag count was very high for people.  This issue has been resolved, and now it will auto-ban their account once they hit 10 flags.
