i cant buy a stash.... so i got 1 gifted to me, and i cant use it..... =.= my 4th stash is bugged.

You cant use gifted stashes.
To delete it, go to lobby and type in: @delinvent <slot number of item to delete>
To delete your stash, it would be @delinvent 1

Also i belive that you can only get 3 stashes if you are a non member and 5 stashes if you are a member.

That's true, but you simply can't use a gifted stash either.
