Yes and no.
Surge+ram are perfectly finished (in regards to the items being added).
I would need to complete patch elite parts and add it to the drop list.

i was thinking if the elite armour would give any better stats than regularly level 1 amour?

I'm pretty sure that there are elite versions of all the armors.And as I said in a previous post,they have the stats of their respective normal +5 set.

Anyway,I meant like all armors cept the high level ones.As far as I know,there are elite armors up until lv 91.And an elite darksurge set.

30% is a lot o.O. but i agree with the fact that it should be higher stats. just not 30% no matter how hard it would be to get.
