Arm boxes / Alot of hp packs bug

Whenever i kill a boss/miniboss i get ALOT of arm boxes and all of them are the same type i asked around and am not the only one getting this

Also in high levels every spawn point has a hp pack 0,0 i can solo 221 with that much hp packs

And I didn't special transform NOT a single time 0,0
