Hi, i'm are a new player.I installed the game today and I installed it regularly, but when I open it gives me the error you see in the picture in the link. These updates or my problem?

Usually means your internets not working. But in your case I'm guessing your antivirus or firewall is preventing it from connecting. Disable it and try again

Try checking off "Work Offline". To do that, go on the internet, and at the top left corner find file. Click on it, and somewhere near the bottom says Work offline. If it has a check mark next to it, click on it. If it doesn't, leave it alone, and means your internet is not working.
