WTF SCAM

I was trying to get member with onebip and i needed to add money into my account to pay it and it costs 47 something CNY chinese money and it said send 1211 to some number and it adds money to my account by 10 CNY each text and i am 200% sure i did it correctly but no fund was added to my onebip account but my cellphone money dropped by 20 CNY

This happened to me when I tried to buy member on another game. It's because you have to pay extra, depending on where you're from and where the money will go to.
