cause if dont have mutch time u want fast restart if u died

its very anoying to wait

5 seconds is long enough, unless your attention span is less than a fish.

Actually i dont think it's possible to change the actual time. 5 seconds is more than enough, unless - like anti said - your attention span is like a squirrel.
