But I have respected her for too long.
I only see a few reasons why people respect her.

People who wants to be staff or people who are staff will of course respect her. The staff will respect her so they won't be demoted. With all the respect the staff and those who have ambitions about becoming staff, cause I would have done the exact same thing if I stood in their situation.

Then there is the few who Allie shows respect to and treats nice.
I couldn't know for sure if she actually respects people, but she doesn't show it for sure.
I am done showing her respect. I have no ambitions of becoming staff, so I am not affraid of her disrespect. I am simply not qualified of becoming staff (imo) and I don't need the staff items.
